Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, city, the lighting you are interested in, and permission to contact you. You may provide both contact methods, along with a street address and project details. If you call or text us, we receive the information you share in that conversation, including any photos you choose to send.

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss your property, prepare a quote, and coordinate lighting services. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.

Services that handle information

We use service providers to operate the website and manage inquiries:

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Its Turnstile service uses technical information, such as your IP address and browser or device signals, to help distinguish people from automated traffic. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Web3Forms receives form submissions and delivers them to our business email and a Google Sheet. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
• Twilio delivers internal inquiry alerts to our team. These alerts include your name, city, the lighting you are interested in, and a callback number if provided. For email-only inquiries, the alert directs our team to the inquiry record. They go only to our team. We do not send you automated or marketing texts. See Twilio's privacy information.
• Google Analytics helps us understand website use, as explained below.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and whether they submit an inquiry or click a call or text link. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, and website activity. Google also receives technical connection information, including your IP address.

Our analytics events do not include your name, phone number, email address, street address, or inquiry message. We send Analytics page addresses without query strings or URL fragments, and share only the website you came from, not the full address of the page. Google signals and advertising personalization are turned off.

Address search

When address suggestions are available, typing three or more characters in the street address field sends your search text and technical connection information to Google. Choosing a suggestion fills the street address and city in our form. You do not have to choose a suggestion, and you can edit both fields. The street address is optional, so you can leave it blank and enter only your city. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Blocking cookies alone may not prevent all analytics collection.

You can call or text us instead of completing the form. The form's contact permission is for responding to your inquiry. You can ask us to stop following up about your request.

Records and privacy questions

Inquiry information may be kept in our business email, Google Sheets, and service-provider records. Retention depends on the type of record, account settings, and any applicable business or legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
